When I joined Martin Wealth Solutions, I was excited to return to the financial services industry and become part of a firm that is deeply connected to Southwest Virginia. I was especially drawn to the way Martin Wealth Solutions serves its clients and stays actively involved in the community. I enjoy helping people and making their lives a little easier. Whether I’m answering a question, organizing important details, or helping move something forward, I find it rewarding to take even a small amount of weight off someone’s shoulders. I’m grateful to work alongside a team that is kind, supportive, and committed to providing a positive client experience.

My career has given me the opportunity to work in both accounting and education. I began as an accountant at a small firm before transitioning into secondary education, where I spent three years teaching several phenomenal groups of students. I’m incredibly proud of them and look forward to seeing everything they accomplish.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech. I later earned a Master of Science in Education from Radford University, along with my Virginia teaching license. My background has taught me how to manage personal and financial records, adapt to a wide range of personalities, and balance multiple responsibilities at once. Those experiences continue to serve me well in my role at Martin Wealth Solutions.
